Extremely friendly and excellent staff, it was such wonderful stay.
Highly recommended for shopping. Stayed for 1 night and was impressed by this trendy boutique hotel. Location: the venue was near a shore fraught with options equal in the number of stars, and lounge in other occasions. Went to Cucu's Nest Bar for drink or two, set not too far from the hotel. We had practical, good sized room, appreciated the location, it was amazing to everything I have been here more than 3 times...

close to beach and unique attractions for weekend explorers
I was delighted to find that I could easily walk to unique spots like the Museum of Ice Cream just a few steps away, and the vibrant beach was also just a couple blocks distance. As a solo traveler, the spacious room with a bay view offered a perfect retreat after my daily adventures but I did have to remind the front desk about housekeeping on one occasion.

The staff were really good, always greeting me with a smile and providing attentive service throughout my entire visit. The only downside was a minor issue with the pool service being a bit slow at times.

I loved my time at Faena Hotel. The Junior King Suite Partial Ocean View felt spacious and luxurious. The beachfront access made lounging easy. The unique decor really adds character. Staff were super attentive and friendly. Dining experiences blew me away, especially at Pao. The presentation was fine. Beach chairs felt disorganized with odd positioning. It made finding the best spots tricky. One minor issue was the checkout process. Only one staff member handled it, causing delays. Still, the experiences and fantastic service outweighed the inconveniences.

The private beach was lush, and the bed reminded me of a cloud! My spacious room had a view. The dining options were a treat.
But the décor. Can we say circus chic? And my waiter at lunch was about as cheerful as a rainy Monday!
